 CPU pin No. Jumper is ON (pin is grounded) 
1  "intelligent control" is disabled, usually can be ON, only some old editors as BVE 900 need it. 
2  STOP command is converted to STANDBY - your choice
4  makes time-out in communication, some non-linear editors need it (AVID NT)
